A day in the life of Black men: Microaggressions, a subtle form of racism

Last year, the New York Attorney General’s Office fined Macy’s Inc., one of the nation’s largest department store chains, more than $650,000 for following black shoppers at its 42 New York stores, including its landmark Herald Square store in New York City. It was the second time the New York Attorney General’s office sued Macy’s for its treatment of black customers.
